Made to order pieces will be made and shipped within two weeks.

If a piece arrives broken please let me know and I'll make you another. I ship with plenty of bubble wrap and peanuts when necessary, so this is extremely rare.

I can cancel orders within two days of purchasing, but once it is shipped, then no returns.
